Hi, I’m Lynnette Maxey. As both a pastor’s wife and a consultant with more than 20 years of experience in audit, risk, governance, and organizational operations, I bring a unique blend of operational expertise and mission/ministry -focused understanding. My background includes 18 years in internal audit at the Fortune 200 healthcare organization DaVita Inc. as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), where I was responsible for processes, tools, systems and methodology that was rated among the best of the best in internal audit.

Alongside my corporate experience, I have served extensively with churches and multiple nonprofits, helping strengthen leadership culture, improve operational clarity, and support healthy organizational growth. This included helping grow a women’s ministry from 35 to more than 70 women through stronger leadership structure and engagement, as well as implementing mission, vision, and operational improvements at a church that contributed to roughly 50% growth in weekly attendance.

Today, I partner with mission-driven organizations to strengthen operational health, improve workflows and accountability, support leadership teams, and build practical systems that sustain the mission without losing the relational heart behind the work. My approach is to bring clarity, structure, and sustainable support to organizations navigating growth, complexity, or operational strain behind the scenes. So that they can then get back to doing the things that matter to their community or the world.
